This is the whole 2 floors townhouse style with 2 bedrooms, one living room and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom also provides baby crispers for family with small baby. Both bedrooms are on second floor. The property located inside Royal Hill Golf Court and surround with golf court yard with mountain views. You need a private or rented cars to move around and go to town for grocery. You can order food from hotel’s room services to deliver to your house. The property belongs to private individual owner but you can pickup room key from Royal Hill Resort where is about 1 km away from property. I believe you can pickup any time after 12:00pm of the checkin day. I went to pickup around 8 pm and reception is still around. Facility is very clean and under good maintenance. You can enjoy fresh clean air from master bedroom balcony or backyard terrace on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with Refrigerator, Microwave oven, heater oven, hot plate, Sink and provide pottery and tableware. There are travel able cooler for chilled drink. In summary, the property and facilities are worth for rental. This will be my first choice for future family trip around this area.

The beds were not comfortable as it should by basing on the price per night. Simply adding a topper would just solve the problem. Should also have more varity to choose from. The qaulity of the provided towels should have a better quality Perhaps, bring your own topper, pillow, and towels would bring the stay to four or five star quality

stayed at 2 bedroom villa within the golf course which is amazing if you are there to play golf and they also have horse riding. Golf cart service for food and transport.

First arriving there, the padlock was broken, and the first walk-in there was very sticky-floored. The drainpipe is very smelly in the whole house.
