We had to pay for our room again because our booking showed up as cancelled in their system on a date before I even made the payment. We also had to pay a higher rate since they claimed the price on the website was incorrect. Kudos to the owner for being so cooperative and providing the necessary documentation to file a refund request with Agoda. I was eventually able to get my money back. As for the place itself, it was great! They have a nice Mediterranean-style bar right in front of a white sand beach, and the room was clean with a cute design. Just a heads-up: the location is far from the seaport and airport, and the area gets quite dark at night, unlike the lively Tourism Road in General Luna

It’s a bit far from town . Best if you have a car. In the pictures it appears the rooms are directly on beach. That’s why we booked. I.n reality most rooms are across the street. The restaurant, bar and pool table have ocean view. Nice place to sit and have a drink on the patio. At high tide the beach is fantastic. The room we stayed in was clean and ok for sleep. Just “ok” for us., although we might have been better off staying directly in Pacifico.

We arrived at 4 PM, but the room was still not available for check-in. We waited for more than an hour, but the good thing is that the manager and staff were very kind and accommodating. He upgraded our room from a standard to a family room, which was definitely a plus. The room was clean and functional. There’s water and a heater available outside the room. They also provide free instant coffee and toiletries. I highly recommend this place, especially for families.

The place is conveniently located along the road and just 20 meters from the beach, which is very nice. However, the cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement. I also experienced low-voltage electric shocks from the water heater, and the water temperature was inconsistent—either very cold or extremely hot. There was no Wi-Fi in our room, and unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the restaurant was also not working during our stay. The staff and owner were friendly, but this alone may not be enough reason for visitors to return.
