The location is OK, with safe parking inside a village. Compared to the places I've stayed in town, this one is better (at least is not a street parking on a busy road). We were assigned in Room 10 (2nd Floor). The room was spacious, clean, one dining chair was a bit "overused" and not safe to sit on but that's fine. The room has a mini ref, tv with Netflix and Youtube, internet access, hot and cold shower. The photos in this listing are not updated. Staff was friendly and responsive. They have a water dispenser on the 2nd floor. 711 is close to the residence. Overall, it was a good stay for the price. I booked this accommodation because we had a meeting in town. Will I book again? Hmm, I might check other alternatives. If you are looking for an affordable and clean place to sleep/rest with safe parking, yes I can recommend this place.

For improvement
Location wise is great. Upon check in, noticed that the balcony is not properly maintained, there are dirts and leaves around the flr. Our room cr has hair and the shower heater is not working. Cabinet has liquor bottles. I would suggest to put a soap for dish washing and tissue. Not sure if the plates and mugs are cleaned by soap. However, a quiet place and good sleep are most important.

Decent rooms
It was a relaxing stay. Glad that they have kitchen utensils and fridge since we brought our leftover lunch and had them for dinner and breakfast. The only thing that bothered us was the pots with flowers hanging directly on top of the spare bed on the floor where our kids will sleep. Maybe the owner can take those down. For us, we just moved the bed elsewhere as we were scared that it's final destination waiting to happen...

Booked for couple
Managed to book a night for only ₱1,047. A sweet deal considering how comfortable our stay was. The room was cozy and well-equipped with cabinets, a mini fridge, a dining set for two, small tables, and even lamps. Toiletries such as shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste were also provided. The only downsides were the TV, which had a few broken LED spots and no Netflix (though YouTube was available), and the lack of mirrors in the room. Nevertheless, my girlfriend slept soundly, and we both enjoyed our stay.
