We had an amazing stay in this hotel

Stayed at Sky Garden Hotel by RedDoorz and overall had a pleasant experience. The beds were super comfy, definitely one of the highlights after a long day out. The location is also a big plus, right in the city center, making it easy to get around and access nearby spots. One thing to note, though, is that there’s no elevator, so be prepared to take the stairs if you’re staying on higher floors. Also, the lighting in the rooms could be improved, switching to warmer lights would make it feel more relaxing and better suited for rest. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay, especially if you prioritize location and a good night’s sleep.

Staff are friendly and accommodating, I was allowed an hour early check-in since I arrived earlier in Roxas City. It is strategically located and near at some places of interest in the city.

Our experience at this establishment was highly disappointing. We paid full price for our entire stay, yet the staff treated us as if we were nothing. The woman stationed at the front desk should not be in a customer-facing role; she was completely unwelcoming, refused to smile, and exhibited a severe attitude problem. Furthermore, room preparation was lacking, as no towels were provided upon our arrival. The only exception to this poor service was the gentleman who carried our luggage to our room upon arrival, and we are truly thankful for his assistance. Other than that single positive interaction, there was absolutely no good experience at this hotel. Interestingly, we barely saw any other guests during our stay, likely because nobody wants to remain in such an environment. Yet, despite seemingly being the only guests, we were still treated terribly. Even on the day we checked out, nobody thanked us for staying. If this hotel closes permanently, it will be entirely because of the staff's poor conduct. We will certainly not be returning
