The exteriors are impressive but the same doesn't apply to rooms and inner facilities. The bed, linen, pillow covers all were dirty and they didn't bother to change it before handing over the room to us. They diievem clean the room. The eatables left behind by the previous occupants were still there. The extra cot supplied was so dirty, there were cobwebs in it. The staff from the. Reception didn't have the courage to come into the room to see the issue.. maybe they didn't have the authority to do so. All in all , it was a lousy and poor stay. Totally opposite to my previous stay in 2023.

Worst Hotel Experience
First of all the air conditioner of lobby isn’t working from the night we checked in, when i asked about it on help desk the dedicated person told we know and we can’t help. Also there is no decorum maintained in the pool , no one for taking shower before getting into pool & there was no life guard nearby pool and even worst was the men were getting into women’s washroom . When I tried to complaint the manager and guard told me it’s a group staying so there’s no issue they can break the rules. Such a shame !

Great value for money & clean
The property exceeded our expectations with its great value for money, excellent cleanliness and amenities. The breakfast was good and the housekeeping staff were efficient. The location was decent and walkable to nearby attractions. The only minor downside was the staff who could have been more attentive and friendly. Overall, we would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay.
