HOTEL THE WINDTREE

There is totally different condition than the photos shared by the property owners... Please don't go for free of cost also... After check-in and seeing the room realty, I reported to "Agoda" .. but the support system also not able to help me for refund or another property replacement.. I faced very bad service by Agoda itself

Hotel room was decent clean , Ac was working. Restaurant and entrance area was in under renovation, so for time being little inconvenience was there. Would recommend for future trip.

Furniture and fitment have depleted and not repaired. Exteremly dirty outside restraunt area

Booked online looking at the pictures and reviews. Was extremely disappointed after I reached there and saw the property for real. Right on the highway but limited parking space with stray dogs and cattle at the entrance to welcome. Very poorly maintained property with water leaking at several places including right at the entrance where they kept a bucket to collect the water. The rooms are big but extremely unclean, smelly and with the floors being sticky. The bathrooms similarly sucks and the fixtures don't work. My family could not even think of touching any of the bathroom equipment or use the bed. That was the level of cleanliness. None of the electrical equipment works in the room and we had to call the 'all in one' boy to make the airconditioner work then again to make the TV work. They shared at the beginning that the intercom does not work and to call their cell if we needed anything. We had two rooms and they asked if it's okay to fix the TV in just one room. They didn't have computer billing and were given a handwritten bill. Was extremely surprised to see the property full but later realised some of them were in a similar situation as ours. I felt sorry for those families. Finally after changing rooms thrice, considering safety, my family's security and general mental well-being, we decided to checkout within two hours and with a ruined vacation! At checkout and a casual conversation with the cashier, he told me they were overbooked and were asking guests to leave! He was thankful I was leaving! :)

Hotel’s location is the best to beautiful places of Silvassa like Nakshantra Garden etc
