Rooms were spacious and softly decorated. Food was freshly cooked and very good. Service was very good. A few things that need attention:- A Tea-table to be kept in each room, sitting chair (moodha) was broken, in Wash room - toilet and bath areas could be separated with partition, a hand towel is a must in wash room, WC flush button was hard and no pressure of water, exhaust fan had no on-off switch, liquid hand wash soap be kept instead of soap cakes, better lighting near almirah/closet in room, more parking space required, activity room/area to be defined and prominently marked for easy use of customers. A 'Reception' board may be prominently displayed. As promised in booking brochure, welcome drink may be invariably served which got overlooked in our case.

We visited this property with extrnted family of elders and children. The property is in a poor condition. The family cottage had seepage all across, the family was not working. Dirty linen was given for extra beds. The pool was not clean either. The cleanliness acrros common areas was questionable. The lawn and exterior of the property also not maintained.I would not recommend to any one definitely not value for money. I could have got a better property at the same price.

Accommodation and views:- We stayed in a charming, traditional-style cottage that perfectly blended rustic architecture with modern comforts. But the true luxury was the view. Waking up to the sight of the sun painting the mountains in hues of blue and pink, followed by a cup of chai as the clouds delivered a "cold, exciting hug," was a truly riveting experience. The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and the large windows made sure we never missed a moment of the breathtaking vista. Exceptional service and hospitality:- What truly elevates a good stay into an exceptional one is the human touch, and the staff here delivered in spades. From the warm welcome to the genuine desire to make our stay memorable, the hospitality was flawless. A special mention goes to the chef, who came out to personally take feedback on the delicious food, and the manager who went above and beyond to assist us. Food, glorious food:- Dining was an experience in itself. The menu was a delightful fusion of local flavors and international favorites. The dedication to providing excellent quality was evident in every dish. Recommendation:- If you are seeking a complete escape to nature, solitude, and warm hospitality, this mountain retreat is a true gem. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and already plotting our return. It wasn't just a staycation; it was a fairytale.

I had visited this stay for our 3 days stay in alwar with my family of 10 people. We had amazing time there. Staff was very cooperative. Cleanliness was maintained.
