I made a mistake by not noticing in the listing that the property didn’t have AC or hot water — that’s on me. But nothing could have prepared me for how bad the actual experience was. The place was full of mold and in terrible condition, definitely not as shown in the photos. It was impossible to stay there. The host wasn’t even present for check-in — another guest had to help us get inside. When I politely informed the host that we couldn’t stay and asked if it was possible to refund just 2 of the 3 rooms, his reaction was shockingly aggressive. He became extremely rude, threatening, and confrontational, even though I remained respectful and apologetic the entire time. This was not just a disappointing stay — it felt unsafe and completely unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property. Worst experience I’ve had with a host on any booking platform.
