I needed a place to stay one night and this was my first time using Extended Stay. When I arrived, the front desk lasy was very nice and helpful and the check in process went smoothly. The hallways and elevators were clear of clutter and relatively clean. When I entered the bedroom, the cleaning staff had made sure to open all drawers and cabinets to ensure that everything had been cleaned out. It was slightly annoying having to reclose all of those cabinets and drawers as there was many in that small room. The bed was made neatly, and there were no critters in sight (yes I checked). The only main complaint I have is the smell of the linens. I am pretty sure they offer smoking rooms as well as it being pet friendly and you could definitely tell all linens are washed together regardless of what room is preferred. The linens did smell of cigarette smoke but it wasn't unbearable. The room was quiet and seemed to be in a relatively safe location. I would consider staying here again if I ever need a quick budget friendly stay.

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was a little nervous with the reviews, but the Room was clean & comfortable. It wasn’t fancy, but we just needed a space to sleep for a few hours. We didn’t use the kitchenette at all. Just the the vending machine which we appreciated that the prices were comparable (or even less) then gas station prices. Thank you for your hospitality!

Cheap room no frills. Got in room and saw a Hanger just laying on the floor. Refrigerator was making loud noise. Rust all over the stove. Bathroom needed recaulking.

We only needed an inexpensive room for the night just to sleep in so Extended stay for the job done. The lobby and stairs smelled awful like old smoke but the room did not. The room seemed clean, just hasn’t been updated. The grab and go breakfast was a joke… flavorless muffins, coffe, tea bags, hot chocolate packs, granola bars and a great variety of Quaker oatmeal but served with Luke warm water so the oatmeal never became anything other than oats floating in luke warm water. The breakfast options were better at the gas station at the end of the road. I wouldn’t stay here on a vacation but to just have a place to crash for the night, it’s sufficient.

Their were roaches in my room , window seals and restroom , under kitchen sink as well
