Front desk staff excellent. Large rooms, clean and well maintained. Restaurant very disappointing with insufficiently trained staff to cater for foreign visitors.. The implant Chinese restaurant is very good and offers value for money. Do you research before booking a "cruise" and buffet. We got only water to drink, one prawn per person and were sick the next day.

딸과 단둘이 여행 위치도 좋았고, 수영장도 좋았어요 단점은 엘리베이터를 타려면 계단을 이용해서 가야했어요. 체크아웃시에 가방들고 올라가기 힘들었어요. 조식은 한국인이 먹기에는 그저그랬지만, 음식자체는 깨끗했어요. 직원분들도 친절했어요.

Our stay at Subic Bay Yacht Club started off well. The welcome was warm, and the staff at the entrance were helpful with opening the door, carrying our bags, and bringing them to our room while we checked in. One important thing to know before arriving is that they require a ₱6,000 deposit. They also do not accept GCash, so make sure to bring cash or a debit card. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It was dirty, the balcony tiles were broken and felt unsafe, especially at night, and the bathroom door was damaged. The fridge was also dirty, and the spa bath had missing buttons. I attached photos for reference. On a positive note, the manager was very kind and helped move us to another room. He had excellent customer service and handled the situation professionally. However, the second room still had issues. The fridge was again dirty, and the toilet was not working properly. At that point, it did not feel worth reporting again, because after paying over ₱7,300 per day, the idea of being moved to a third room was frustrating. I have stayed in less expensive hotels with much better room quality. The beds were also very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Another thing to keep in mind is that Grab delivery drivers cannot enter the property, so you need to walk to the gate to pick up your order. On the bright side, the casino is nice, although some of the machines were broken, so be aware of that. The views around the hotel are beautiful, and the staff throughout the property were friendly and attentive. For example, when we went to the pool, they immediately brought us towels, which was appreciated. That said, because of the surrounding trees and flowers, the pool had a lot of debris in it. Personally, it did not look very inviting to swim in. We also walked to SBMA Beach, but it is currently under construction, and there were many people approaching us trying to sell things. Transportation in the area is also something to consider. Taxi services were more expensive than expected, and there was no Grab taxi or Joyride taxi available. If your main goal is to enjoy the beach, you may want to look for accommodations closer to SBMA Beach instead.

Our stay was wonderful, all the staff are helpful plus the location is superb! Only cons is they could have put a clothes rack on the veranda or in the bathroom for the wet clothes since they have a pool they should assume the guests will have wet clothes.
