La Concha Beach Hotel & Club

ホテル前には遠浅のビーチがあって、波もあまり荒くなかったので、シュノーケリングをするのには良かったです。また、ホテルから徒歩５分と８分のところにも公営の海水浴場があって、これらもとてもきれいで安全な場所なので試したかったのですが、時期的に少し水が冷たかったのでシュノーケリングはしませんでした。 スタッフは笑顔でフレンドリーに接してくれていたし、各種要望にも快く対応してくれたので、居心地が良かったです。 建物は3階建てでエレベーターがありませんでしたが、荷物がある場合にはスタッフが手伝ってくれます。 部屋によっては冷蔵庫がありません。 バルコニーには物を干してはいけないので、室内で水着等を干せるように洗濯ロープを持って行くと便利です。

The room are super old, broken floors, when taking a shower the all room got wet, pool is dirty with insects, really need some renovation. The restaurant outside is very nice but i wont recommend it at all.

Old room, dirty rooms, bad shower..

I expected at lear the basic standards of comfort and safety, what i encounter was completely unacceptable. from the beginning i was assigned a room with a manual ket, while sll the otjer rooms at the hotel use ket cards. This imidiatly raised concerniente. Outside the lighting has exposed electrical cables posing a serious hazard and the roof in that area was crackef in a very poor condition. once inside the room, the situation was even worse. The befs were much smaller than expected and the mattresses were completely worm out , torn and damaged to the point that they were uncomfortable even to sit. The bed sheets wher extremely old and stained, clearly failing basic hygiene standrs . the furniture through the room was in poor condition. There was an enpty space where a refrigerator should have been with a trash can placed inside instead. One of the drawers was missing its handle entirely. The bathroom was also unacceptable condition, with vidible stains on the toilet seat and it was evident the main room door was actually a reused bathroom door which is completely inappropriate. Due to these conditions staying in the room was not an option. Immediately spoke with the manager , who informed me that there was no better room available and no alternative at any price. As a result i was forced to leave and secure another hotel at a significant higher cost at lat minute. In addition all my planned expenses increased considerably because i haf to find accommodation at last minute on january 1st a particular date to secure lodging. I requested my refund and is been more than 2 weeks now and I havent even get a response from the management of the hotel. i did not stay even one night due the conditions described. This property is misleading poorly maintained and unsafe. this situuaion is disappointing because this is one ofbtheboldesr hotel in la paz that has a beautiful beach and views and stayed often as a child . I returned with jope of giving my daughter's the same experience i once had but isntead the experience was deeply disappointing. i do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

Fabulous beach. Great service. Great pool. Loved the bebidos. Would definitely come back. Upgraded to a suite and very glad we did.
