What a fantastic, modern, beautiful hotel in a perfect part of town! Beds were comfortable, and the shower was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend.

We are near most of the shopping area (if you don’t mind, you can do a bit of walking, otherwise the buses and metro are also within 5mins). We took bus 001 (it’s free) from the train station and walked about 4 mins after alighting. The hotel is located near all the 5 stars hotel and it feels very safe. There are constantly staff at the counter, greeting you when you enter through the door. This is probably the only hotel with Xmas decoration light up before December! The room is huge, we had two super single beds joint into one. There are two sinks. One thing to note is that the doors are decorated with mirrors, so if you are not comfortable with the decor, then not recommended cause you can’t cover it up. But I used the pillows to block my view of the mirrow when I’m sleeping. The hotel breakfast spread is amazing!! The churros and chocolate cookies served at breakfast are even better than those I have paid for in Spain. The food was great and there were lots of choices for adult and kids!

I was traveling for a wedding without my baby who I’m still breastfeeding. The staff was extremely helpful in terms of accommodating my needs (eg storing my pumped milk in their refrigerator). This is on top of a great location and nice facilities, the lobby in particular is quite nice. Also, the buffet is great value. I will certainly be staying there anytime I’m in Madrid.

Hotel stuffs are warm, friendly and very helpful. And the location is perfect (it’s near Puerta del Sol so basically you can travel to every parts of Madrid very easily)
