The stay was good, rooms are neat and location is amazing. Only thing that the room doesn't have is a window so becomes a little congested.

Centrally located in Sector 5, the Hotel is conveniently located close to the markets and restaurants of panchkula. Standard of food and service is excellent. Facilities for storage of clothes etc in the room and bathroom need improvement, which was pointed out to the Hotel management.

I booked premier room , cost is very high , but facilities are not good . Food quality is not good. They only mention buffet breakfast ,but it's not available on the property. Room was fine , cleanliness good but when you compare it with price it's not worthy. I dropped the other hotel only n only based on the services and inclusions they mentioned but after checkin only you only came to know the reality.

Lies / deception - Reception claim to Guest that they do not provide extra beds as they dont have it. When he highlighted to him that to one room its provided , he said we only had one but as we met our other friends in same hotel they too had received extra bed. Our guest walked out and they were willing to do it. but as we told about the legal consequences and that all discussion were recorded , they provided us extra bed. Secondly the Breakfast starts at 8pm , as we had to go for meeting at 7am , they agreed at night to provide my family packed veg sandwich and fruits but when family asked for breakfast they only gave sandwich and no fruits. So again our family had to persuade them as to what was agreed at night. its pathetic hotel management and hand in gloves with neighboring hotel of theirs.

Our room had no windows. It was dingy and damp. Would not recommend.
