웨스텐드 호텔

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and attractions. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the property was satisfactory, although there was room for improvement. The breakfast provided was delicious and the view from our room was stunning. We had a great night's sleep in the comfortable beds. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, great location, friendly staff, and excellent facilities.

When I entered the Westend Hotel then noticed the tag line "Come Back to Nature" and it really meaningful. The Hotel is situated in area surrounded by lot of trees, birds and some monkeys too, so it really gives us true feeling of staying in Nature. Cleanliness and Food provided was very good. Their breakfast and dinner were really delicious. The Hotel is around 1.1 km away from Matheran Toy Train Station so we had faced bit difficult to reach their but at the it was memorable trip for me and my family. Will recommend others to at least try this Hotel once.

hotel was good because it was close to the points and the main market, lot of trees, plants and Victorian style architecture, peaceful place. only issues was with the fridge not working and after repeated requests it was not replaced and other guests and the same issue. breakfast was the best part of the food experience, lunch and dinner(buffet) were decent to mediocre with one of the veg dishes repeated dishes through out our stay (4 days). The working staff was nice and helpful.

Traveled with my wife and a young kid 10years. This place os slightly off the mall road. So incase yoy are travelling with a larger group I would recommend it for.you..For a small family it would be better to stay near the mall.. The place is good enough I went in July, and was raining continuously so didn't get to use their pool and other activities... Took half board Breakfast and dinner. The spread is Okiesh, not many items. Staff is courteous and.responds to your requirements..

Good location, courteous staff, great food, clean swimming pool, nice pool side restaurant.... Liked the magic show in the evening, and the different games and musical nights. Overall, highly recommended for a getaway.
