크라운 플라자 사오싱 바이 IHG

Excellent location and top-notch cleanliness. The hotel itself is comfortable, modern and very well maintained. However, for an international hotel, the experience could be improved for non-Chinese-speaking guests. Many staff members have very limited English, which made communication difficult and resulted in several misunderstandings during my stay. Housekeeping also needs more attention to detail. I ran out of soap and body lotion, and these were not replenished until I specifically requested them. At a hotel of this standard, basic toiletries should be checked and refilled as part of the daily housekeeping service. The complimentary tea selection is almost entirely local Chinese teas. While I appreciate having local choices, offering a basic international option such as English Breakfast tea would be a thoughtful addition for overseas guests. Overall, a very clean and well-located hotel, but improving communication and some of the smaller service details would make a significant difference for international travellers.

오전 레이크뷰 환상적 걷기 좋은 공원과 인접

동네가운데 있고. 하루 묵어 주변은 모르나. 친절하고. 조식 맛나고. 방 청결함. 다음에 가도 다시 묶을듯

The view from our room was very beautiful which overlook the city and lake, and the breakfast was good as well. I found the staff was very helpful, particularly Kiki who helped book my train tickets and reached out to the train station to arrange a wheelchair for my elderly parents when we arrived at the station. This would've otherwise been difficult to organize on my own. Kiki definitely went above and beyond and was happy to help which was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend staying here for the ideal location and high-quality staff.

Great place
