Stay was good, rooms was good. Staffs took good care and helpful. Worth mentioning Sabu (manager) and Mukesh. Ordering food have to be done in advance (before 2 hrs). Food taste was good, not too good. To reach the resort you need jetty, waiting time would be 15 mts.

Worth staying

Recommended only if you are looking for a Hotel with cheap price and let go basic necessities
Property is seriously very good but it needs a revamp. The Hotel lacks basics like providing washroom essentials. Bedsheets were not clean. As the property is located next to Canal there are lots of insects and mosquitoes plus foul smell due to lack of cleanliness. Staff is very good and helpful. If few things are taken care of then this property will surely be bliss to stay

Good location and courteous staff
The resort is nice. The location is good just next to the backwaters. Balcony view is awesome. The staff is also courteous. They need to improve on general conditions of room as it needs improvement in quality and please do something about mosquitoes in the area. Just in few seconds many mosquitoes entered inside the room. The facilities are also just adequate and needs to be improved upon. Food is basic and food service is slow. You will have to wait in queue to get your food that too will be just minimal. The staff is trying their best to do it fast but still its too slow as most of the people staying there had to wait too long for the simple buffet food. The ayurvedic massage was not available throughout my stay. Otherwise the stay is comfortable and recommended.

Awesome place to stay
Everything is awesome except the bathroom cleanliness and swimming pool maintanence, felt pool water is too hard.. but the best part is location, ambiance, food and the staff are very co operative.. loved it .

Green Palace Ayurveda Resort, Alleppey
Our stay at Green Palace Ayurveda Resort was a wonderful experience! The journey to the property itself was memorable, they took us on a very scenic boat ride from the car parking area to the resort. A small tip for fellow travelers: make sure to get the car parking location from the resort beforehand instead of directly entering the resort name on Google Maps. The staff, especially Jobi and Sabu, were extremely helpful throughout our stay. They went out of their way to assist with our daily needs, stayed up till late at night to ensure we were comfortable, and even arranged an early morning boat ride during checkout. The Premier Lake View Room offered a beautiful view of the backwaters peaceful, serene, and perfect for relaxing. The restaurant food was also quite good, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a calm, authentic backwater stay in Alleppey! 🌿🚤✨
