It's our second time here since the last visit in 2023. We were very impressed back then for the overall quality from the cleanliness, the practical side and the great services. We are back for a short stay in 2025. This time as our group is big, we took the two bedroom suite. The room is so vast. Our water heater machine was broken but the staff took a prompt and good care. This is one of the best choice of place to stay in Yangon. We'll certainly come back for our next visit. Thank you to the whole hotel crews. Until next time.

Has a few quirky design issues in the bathroom. But the general overall layout is solid. Seems to be designed and decorated with darker tones, and a man’s touch. But the place is good for a solo traveler, or families. Generally a clean and a comfortable bed. Wi-Fi was decent but logged you out if you’re not using it.

This is my second visit to this hotel , I really could not find any disappointment. As a repeated customer , I was luckily upgraded to One Bedroom Suite. It was very kind of the hotel management. Beside the cleanliness , friendliness of the hotel staffs ; I still fall in love with this quiet and cozy residence. You also do not need to worry about the electricity power which has been on and off the whole day from time to time nowadays in Yangon metropolitan , the hotel has been equipped with the electricity generator which makes you be away from those problems. So the room is cool all day , the refrigerator is big and can keep your cold stuffs perfectly. Just 10 minutes walk to SanChaung Dagon center and City Mart where plenty of items wait for you to shop. I will never change my mind from this place next time I visit Yangon. Highly recommended.

Very clean place with the very good price. All staffs provided excellent service. It is a sort of perfect service apartment , fully furnished. I love specially big refrigerator and DVD players which have been hardly provided in most of hotels nowadays. With 5-mins-walk to Dagon Center where you can find lots of things to eat and shop. If you are looking for a place like a service apartment , cozy and peaceful with a wonderful cleanliness and fully equipped , Residence 26 is the right one for you.

I never change my mind to stay in other places. Here is a perfect one. Cleanliness , Helpful staffs , Cozy and peaceful place and full options in your room. This place is highly recommended.
