• 5) after use the cup and plate pls wash it, if move any furniture,pls move back to the original place before check out ,pls keep the place tidy,if too dirty fine RM50

• 6) this house is located at residential area after 12pm pls keep the noise lower

• 7)pls park your car at own risk ya,if complaints by neighbours will be fine RM100

• -collect a security booking deposit RM100 ,security deposit is refundable if follow the house rules.if not follow above house rules will be deduct accordingly.
