My recent stay at this hotel was a mix of frustration and delight. I had booked a lake-view room, but upon arrival, I was given a room without any view of the lake. When I requested a change, the front desk initially resisted, claiming that all rooms of my booked type were occupied. However, I observed several vacancies, leading me to believe they were trying to allocate less desirable rooms first. After threatening to file a complaint and while I was communicating with Agoda, the hotel finally called and agreed to change my room. This experience with the front desk was disheartening and diminished my initial excitement about the stay. Despite these issues, the hotel itself boasts excellent facilities and picturesque scenery. The approach to the hotel by boat is convenient and free of charge, enhancing the overall experience. A unique touch is the provision of biscuits to feed seagulls during the boat ride. Additionally, the boat pauses near the Philae Temple for photo opportunities at night. Each room features a small private hot spring pool, offering a delightful opportunity to relax and stargaze. The combination of these amenities does add a layer of charm and comfort to the stay. In summary, while the hotel excels in its facilities and unique experiences, the initial service at the front desk regarding the room issue was a significant drawback.

The view is amaaaazing. You have got everything you'd need and more. But the best, the most amazing thing and the reason they deserve all the good reviews, are the people. Our host Haidy and her manager Mr Ashraf Samir were so calm and friendly and suuuper helpful. They took care of everything, from arranging transport to ordering food and they are such nice persons overall, we had some great talks! Then the owner Mr Mohamed Tharwat well, He is the most caring person there is. He is so friendly and try to sit with every customer to explain the history of this amazing hotel and what is the secret of the magic stone at the top of the hotel. This for us was amazing. In addition , the spa is incredible; the ladies working there are so professional These people make it one of the best memories we have from Aswan. The location was perfect. Atmosphere wonderful. My only regret is that I didn’t spend a week. Will definitely be back.

酒店在岛上，需要提前20～30分钟联系派船来接。 位置离斐莱神庙非常近，酒店可以帮忙叫船，30刀往返不包门票。 设计、绿化都很好！！但是不可避免蚊子很多，也有很多小虫子，在屋里就发现了不同种类的3种，受到了一点惊吓…… 现在12月底是埃及的冬天，自己房间门口的小泳池水是冰凉的，只能看看不能下水很可惜，如果更暖和一点的时候来就可以享受到了。 食物很好吃，种类很多价格也很公道，不想出门的甚至可以在酒店待一天，休闲度假的推荐地。

I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay in Aswan! It is a therapy on its own! Very chic premises and very professional staff. I will definitely return! 💚💚

I never write reviews this place deserves it. Everything is unique in Benben. The views, the staff, the spa, restaurant. It’s a great place to slow down and relax on a chaotic schedule through Egypt. We spent one night only but was enough to feel relaxed afterwards. Totally recommended! I looked for several options to stay in Aswan and I’m super happy I picked Benben!
