We found the Zeehan Bush Camp to be an exceptional value for money compared to a more expensive option within the town. We were arriving very late and hosts were great in communicating to us how to get into the main gate as well as details about our cabin. The cabin itself was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend stay. The actual site of Zeehan Bush Camp is a short stroll to the old part of Zeehan town, including the marvelous Heritage Centre. All of the other amenities of the town are a short drive away, including an IGA supermarket which stocks everything one needs for a stay in the town. We hope to come back to Zeehan again sometime and we shall of course be staying at the Zeehan Bush Camp.

Parkrun trip

One of two accommodation in Zeehan. Close to golf club for parkrun on Saturday mornings. Happily got our stay rebooked from late August with extreme weather across Tasmania at no cost. Wifi not working but not an issue

Basic accommodation in the bush

Clean basic sleeping areas. A bit squishy for teenagers to move about. Has free wifi which is a bonus when our phones have no reception.
