윈게이트 바이 윈덤 롤리 사우스/가너

Spent a pleasant evening visiting a friend in Soutwest Raleigh. Room was clean and the water was hot. The bathroom sink drained slowly, but that was the only issue. When we arrived, the staff was trying to handle three things at once, but she did a fine job.

We had a large room, but the whole establishment was severely outdated and felt dirty. That would have been fine had there not been stains on the sheets I was sleeping in, sink drains that took 30 full minutes to fully drain, and stained bathroom grout/floor and bathtub. I was happy to see the room was big, but I would’ve rather had a smaller room with clean facilities any day. Im not usually picky about where I stay or feel the need to clean whenever I arrive somewhere, but I physically didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot in my own room which has never been the case. The staff was very kind and good at their job- the place just needs an update!

The breakfast is amazingly great to eat. The rooms are clean and tidied up perfectly. The only problem is the AC unit. When it turns off, the room gets hot and silent. Other than that, everything is fine.

The property impressed with its spotless cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and well maintained facilities that made the stay comfortable and convenient. Its location was ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions, which combined with the overall quality made it a fantastic value for the money and a pleasurable experience.

We came to attend a concert. The hotel is 15 minutes away. There's plentiful restaurants and shops close by. However, our room security lock w1s broken and there was no shower gel.
