The room was okay, the hotel is, overall, very dated. The cleaning staff was friendly and the gal who checked us in was pleasant. There was light that came in all around the room door, the water didn't get very warm for the showers and the staff who was there when we checked out wasn't very friendly. He approached my partner when we went to breakfast, walking past at least 3 other people, and asked him if he had a ticket for breakfast. My partner asked what ticket, and the staff member said we needed a ticket for breakfast. I said we were never given a ticket. He explained that we should have been given a ticket when we checked in. The other people around us also chimed in and said they had not been given a ticket either. My partner asked if he looked suspicious or something and the staff left. The only thing we can think of is because my partner is black. We went into the breakfast area together and I was a more straight shot for the staff to walk to... why go to the only black man in the area? Just sayin... The breakfast was petty good, but the kept their breakfast meat, ham and sausage, in water in the heating tray... also, ham was really just sandwich slices. It was the right price, though.

Quick easy check-in and pleasant enough stay- Had issues with the TV where it doesnt play live tv but would not allow me to log into my own Netflix or Prime account

Get what you pay for comfortable beds and house keeping is good. Shower in my room was barley lukewarm.

Drug infested.. the manager is bias and discriminates anyone other than her nationality. The cleaning staff does not speak English. They get false claims to kick people out which is very dangerous because they do not know who they target who they really are or might know. The rooms are old. The hotel smells moldy. The best part was they give breakfast and even that was okay. I even saw roaches while I was there. The elevator jumps,it just is a very old place. This will be a last resort if you had nowhere else to go or overnight. The manager which was a lady was very nasty when speaking with her. They should secret shop this location and see what's really going on. I went to Tampa location instead.

I was tired, dragged myself into the hotel with a super heavy suitcase, barely opening my eyes. Suddenly, the super staff kicked into action.... I was being helped by everyone . Although my check in time was at 3, i showed up at 1. Feeling a bit over medicated, i had just been released from the the hospital. I needed rest. I was obviously exhausted, nearly falling out of the lobby chair, waiting out my time. "Coffee"... ? "Are you cold...blanket?" The service desk guy interjected.." You grab the coffee... I'll get her checked in. You need help with that suitcase? " "Here's your key, we got the suitcase. " "Cream and sugar?" Before the coffee was served, I was on my way up to my room. You can't possibly imagine the overwhelming emotions i felt. Somebody cared. I felt welcome and a lot better by morning. Thanks so much!!!!
