We reached at around 4pm and got offered a room below the kitchen that we refused due to the smell from kitchen exhaust. Upon requesting to change, the manager in-charge told that due to an on-location wedding no other rooms are available. When we asked for cancellation of booking, they got into action and showed us several options. None of these options were appealing - noisy, no windows, construction zone, etc. Left with no choice, we settled for the best of the worst options and settled at around 630pm, after 2 hours of hassles. Requested bed, got asked for payment while this was a chosen and pre-paid option for 3 occupants. Endured through the night, somehow, the extra bed was super-uncomfortable. Ended up paying 20K with food for a substandard and inconvenient room, not to mention the constant noise coming out of the ongoing wedding at site. This place has only 20-30 truly heritage rooms, all rest are re-purposed quasi-heritage room. Anyone booking at this place needs to be very careful on what is in store. Don't be fooled by the pictures. I will request a refund after the harrowing experience of ruining our hard-earned time-off and money.

I really like this hotel's mood. it's a good place to experience tradition

Good for people in NCR who want a 1.5 day trip. The property is best among the 3 owned by Neemrana. I found it to be better value for money, barring dinner at 2400 per person which was expensive. The property is baby and senior citizen friendly unlike Neemrana where the stairs were a massive pain. All the mahals are placed close by unlike Neemrana, which was linear!

First time experienced heritage Hotel- It was in Jun Month hence little bit discomfort outside- Food in room, Personal Drinks are not allowed- Which is little bit difficult as Bar menu is too expensive Room Size- Quite big but beds can be better. Washroom doors were not good. Kids cot was too small, having no sue as kid can jump out. Hi-Tea- Tea was good but snacks can be improved. Dinner- Buffet was again too expensive 2000+Taxes while variety was limited. Because of location you are forced to opt for this food. Breakfast- Variety was limited but food quality was decent. With this value I do expect more options in the Buffet. Swimming pool- Very good, 4,5ft depth and clean water with amazing view. Buggy Service- Was good, but there should be a phone at entry of any Mahal, Like my room was *** but once I reached at entry of Mardana Mahal i do not have option to call Buggy but to just wait. Because of Terrain people with old age and walking difficulty Buggy is must. Property- You can enjoy wind across Hawa Mahal etc. Even in Jun wind was cool. Folk Dance- It was very good but weather was too hot to sit there.

This property is big, green and with activities planned for a single day. You can opt for second day if you are there to relax. Else one night is sufficient. The best time to visit is in Nov-Feb. During monsoons, the rain looks good, but after the rain it becomes hot and humid.
