The accommodation was very aesthetically beautiful. I stayed there for only one night but really liked the place. I was amazed with its beauty and attention to detail. The restaurant had a wonderful ambience and had a very cheerful person handling it. The menu catered to all taste buds and the food was very delicious. On the top the manager and staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The manager took time out to interact with every guest. I would love to stay there again for longer duration and go on treks they organize.

The staff are incredible. They are kind and helpful. The reason for my honest review is two reasons. I stayed two nights out of necessity. I found the prices they asked in person were about 30% higher than the Agoda price… most importantly the beds are the most uncomfortable I’ve EVER slept on. Might as well be sleeping on a piece of plywood with a sheet on top. I’m fairly certain the bunkers are child’s size. They are very short and my feet/legs hang over the foot of the bed and I’m not a tall person. The in person price was 900 rupees for a 8 person down room. It was overpriced in my opinion. Other than that staff, cleanliness, and location is amazing.

Good value for money hotel with very good staff

Black sheep have re-fillable water and free coffee. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They helped with taxis and sightseeing in the area. Rooms were clean and promoting usage of less water. Definetly would stay again.

It is a great location in Kargil. Its next to a lot of local shops, and on the way to Leh. The staff was amazing. It was clean, too. All in all, it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend.
