This is great property if you are looking for something right on baga beach. You can go to beach and come back again and again. They have a great party club, so if are coming to Goa after long time and want to have feel of Beach party, this is great deal for you. This is adjacent to Tito's lane , which is most happening street of North Goa. Cons: Food is not that great and there is nothing much inside the hotel. So, this is good if you want to party and want to have comfort of visiting beach n number of times by keeping your belonging at hotel room.

Excellent location courteous professional staff

Situated right on the Baga Beach. Name says oceanfront however there are no ocean facing rooms. It took a while to check-in to a room but just glad that the front desk helped with relatively early check-in request. There is a swimming pool but it is in the middle of two buildings but it is nevertheless. The food in the restaurant is good too however it is not exclusively veg. Recommended.

Best location, amenities average, staff good

Main reason was it's located beside beach, staff is good, property need some upgrade as it's slightly old and need maintenance. No issues in family stays.food also good,
