If you’re in Goa for some relaxing time and you’re interested in heritage venues, this is the place to be. Mr Rebelo made my stay perfect. He genuinely took care of me, from breakfast to tour planning, including airport transfers, water and all the information necessary for an amazing time in Goa. His residence is in a quiet area of Panjim, with beautiful trees and heritage houses, within easy access to many other parts of town. From there, you can walk to restaurants, markets, Miramar beach for sunset views and even further to Fontainhas. Rooms have all you need for a comfortable stay, plus the charm of good old days and the warmth of an Indo-Portuguese family home. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you very much!

Super awesome!
Deric is a wonderful and attentive host who made the stay truly enjoyable. The property is located in a beautiful, upscale neighborhood that feels both safe and welcoming. Everything you might need is conveniently within walking distance, which makes getting around effortless. There is also a lovely park nearby and a scenic promenade that’s perfect for relaxing walks, morning jogs, or simply enjoying the surroundings. Overall, the location and hospitality together create a very comfortable and memorable experience.
