Everything about the hotel was excellent Prompt service ,courteous staff,excellent view from balcony Only one con was there that the extra mattress that they put on floor for one extra person in the room is really hard and could not sleep on it and though we had paid for three people we ultimately had to adjust on the double bed as the mattress was too hard to sleep on The breakfast buffet could have been better with more vareity Otherwise excellent

wonderful place for agreat getaway
-Rooms spacious ,same as in photos, -great valley view from balcony -location,cleanliness perfect, -great rooftop restaurant with great 360 degree view of mountains and valley, -very tasteful pizza,food tasty -management extremely helpful and courteous. CONS: portions of dishes served are very less -Breakfast provided is good,can be improved -service in the restaurant is slow on Saturdays and Sundays All in all a great place to stay with friends and family.

A great option of stay
While Chail as a location itself is very calm and quiet, this property is a nice option for stay for reasons like - stunning valley views, cleanliness, great staff, spacious neat rooms with balcony providing sun set view and most importantly a great Bistro giving multiple options including amazing Pizzas. If in Chail, this property would be worth every rupee spend

As we were all six seniors citizens we had problem of going up to restaurant for breakfast and dinner, as the lift was not installed yet. An average stay.Vuew from terrace and restaurant was good.

Nice Offbeat Location
It's a very nice Offbeat Location. Spend most of the time at the Hotel with beautiful Scenic View from the room and Balcony. Provided with room heater to tackle -4°C. Temp and Weather both change dramatically. You can enjoy snowfall if weather suits well. Cons: High Food cost We spent almost 7K for dinner only food better to add-on dinner as well while booking because no a single decent restaurant you will be going to find nearby. Enjoy your stay by doing nothing just enjoy the location
