We recently had the pleasure of staying at Suryagarh Jaisalmer and I must say, it was an absolutely enchanting experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The hotel itself is a stunning architectural masterpiece, blending seamlessly with the rustic charm of Jaisalmer. The intricate carvings, elegant courtyards, and majestic interiors transported me to a bygone era. Every corner of the property exuded luxury and attention to detail. Our room was a haven of comfort and elegance. The spaciousness, plush furnishings, and modern amenities were beyond my expectations. The dining experience at Suryagarh was equally exceptional. The restaurant offered a wide range of delectable dishes, blending traditional Rajasthani cuisine with international flavors. The chefs' culinary skills were evident in every bite, and the attentive staff ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of perfection. What truly sets Suryagarh apart is their commitment to creating unique experiences for their guests. The hotel also organized a traditional Rajasthani folk dance performance, which was a delightful cultural immersion. The staff at Suryagarh deserves special mention. Their warmth, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction were commendable. They went above and beyond to cater to every need and made us feel like royalty throughout our stay. If you're planning a visit to Jaisalmer, Suryagarh is undoubtedly the place to stay. It offers a perfect blend of luxury, heritage, and authentic Rajasthani hospitality. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway or a memorable family vacation, this oasis in the desert will leave you with memories to cherish forever.

We recently stayed at this five-star property to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and had a mixed experience. The property itself is beautiful, with a well-maintained pet farm and a lovely swimming pool that added to the charm. On check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room and received complimentary pastries, thanks to Khushi, who ensured a smooth and thoughtful check-in process. However, despite these positive aspects, I felt the stay was not worth the hefty ₹42,000 price tag. At best, this property would be worth ₹15,000–₹20,000 per night. The breakfast spread was quite good, but the lunch and dinner left much to be desired. The à la carte menu was exorbitantly priced with minimal portions that did not justify the cost or the reputation of a five-star establishment. One example is the ₹400+taxes charge for two rotis/phulkas, which would be considered overpriced even at other five-star hotels. We faced an issue with the quality of rotis ordered for our infant. They were initially served dry and with masala, which was unacceptable. Although the staff replaced them after complaints, this incident repeated itself, even after escalating the matter multiple times. Charging for infant food was another disappointment; while the charge was later reversed upon complaint, this should not have happened in the first place at a hotel of this caliber. While the staff's gestures and the ambiance were commendable, the pricing, food quality, and service inconsistencies made the experience fall short of expectations. For those considering a stay, this property is worth it only if booked at a much lower price point.

Terribly expensive.. Facility is ok at best

A very clean and huge property. You can plan a full day out here just exploring the property. Little away from the city so plan accordingly. Its very luxurious and lives upto the expectations.
