“I booked (and paid) for a room for two adults and two children, both 8 year old. Two days prior to arrival I was informed that the room can only accommodate two people in its two single beds. Chris the manager then said that they can do a bunk bed arrangement whereby the 2 kids can utilize the bunk and myself the other single bed. The fee for the other adult will be refunded to me. Eventually nothing came of the bunk bed and three single beds were arranged so tight together that the mini-fridge could not be opened ! More than a month down the line and after several requests - no refund! Potential customers ”
