“Disappointing Stay Due to Unwelcome Feeling at Riverside Sun I recently stayed at Riverside Sun from 26 March 2025 to the 27 March 2025, and I felt compelled to share my experience regarding the presence of cats in the hotel, which negatively impacted my stay. Unexpected Presence of Cats I understand that Riverside Sun may have a pet-friendly policy; however, I was unprepared for the numerous cats roaming the hotel premises. As someone who doesn’t particularly like cats, their presence was not only unsettling but also made it difficult for me to relax and enjoy my stay. I had assumed there would be a clear separation between guest accommodations and areas for pet residents, but this was not the case. Lack of Clear Communication I believe it would be helpful for the hotel to clearly communicate their pet policies at the time of booking. Had I known about the extensive presence of cats within the hotel, I likely would have chosen a different accommodation better suited to my preferences. Conclusion While I recognize that many guests may enjoy the company of pets during their travels, I would recommend that Riverside Sun consider designating specific areas for pets and ensuring that those who are not fond of cats can enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay. “A combination of a Waterpark, zoo and game drives is a winner. The activities at the aquadome, including the arcade, pins and restaurants ensured that we could stay entertained well into the evening. The availability of a shuttle service from morning to evening made moving between activities a breeze. Great place for the entire family. ”

“Directions must be clear as the address we had led us to the closed gate and nowhere was mentioned that we should use the Golf estate entrance until we phoned and the gentlemen on the phone assisted, and it was at night. I suggest you change the address on google. The rooms were big enough however no aircon and the fern was not working. It was frustrating as we couldn't sleeps with doors or windows open due to mosquitos that were all over the room. We had to get doom. ”
