“First of all we were trying to get hold of guest house before we arrive to find out if we can still order food by restaurant but after phone call after phone call , no one answered geust house phone, at arrival tv didnt work on top for kids to watch, bottom tv no signal after struggle we had to lock in Netflix on our own account just so kids can watch something, lights in bottom bathroom not working, shower water do not drain, ,toiletpaper holder fall of wall, the 2 bottom chairs can use a wash and vacuum, after all we were looking forward to a nice breakfast next morning, but to our disappointment food were served cold,no one asked how we would like our eggs, non of kids ate it, at this point we just wane leave. Quite disappointed to pay for a 4 star geust house and receive this. All that I can say that was positive is feeding the ostriches with the kids.”
