“According to the information brochure provided, this particular cottage was originally built in 1934. The structure of the cottage is therefore understandably old, with older fittings, furnishings and style, however this is also what provides a certain charm. The cottage was very clean and neat, and the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The surrounding mountainside, hillside and scenery is breathtaking, and perfect for any nature lover looking to enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, walking, mountain biking etc. I would recommend to anyone looking for a back-to-nature weekend away, or stay. ”

“A great stop over option enroute to your destination. Easy access to the main roads, very friendly & helpful host, family friendly with a farm dam/pool fo cool off on with the kids, great dine in options. We opted for the lasagne and it was waiting for us in a basket with a side salad in the room. We could unpack and unwind within 10 minutes of arriving. Had our dinner and locally bought bottle of wine on the stoep. Thank you for a great stay.”
