“Awful experience. The guests were rowdy and druken. Despite many calls to Management nothing was done about the situation. I was unable to get ANY sleep due to the paer thin walls and interleading doors. Management has a strict no alcohol on the premises rule , yet nothing was done about the rowdy druken guests and no change of room was offerred or suggested. They do not seem interested in ensuring guests are comfortable and catered to. No towels were provided and the telephone did not work. I had to walk to reception to ask for this. Skip this one. ”
