“For such a prestigious name, they could of done little better. No ironing facilities in the room. No bar fridge in the room. You have to constantly call and asked for tiolet paper and that too for a family of 4 they give you one at a time. Constantly call for clean towels. These all are necessary things that are needed. Why can't they even make a call to the room to ask if everything is okay, or is there anything required. I was not happy with the service, very disappointing. ”
