“The hotel in itself was very exceptional and asthetically pleasing with great amenities such as a clean pool, restirant and bar as well as a tranquil environment, true value for money. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. The biggest lowlight and cause for concern is the staff, the process to check in took over an hour, the receptionists appear not to know what they are doing and the service from the staff in general was appualling, some of the staff members are so rude and unpalletable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone purely based on the staff and their attitude towards guests. I am slightly disgusted at tge way we were treated at reception where they wanted to prioritize assisting a caucasian man who came in after us without an explanation when we had been waiting in a que for over an hour. The staff need service training and thats putting it mildly.”
