“No one was at the counter to check us in, there was no bell or anything to get an employees attention. I tried called the front desk phone to maybe get someone to come to the counter didnt work. We waited for 20mintues for someone to come check us in. She provided a room very close by the front enterence however it was by some employee room where they are constantly going in and out so i was constantly waking up to a loud door opening and shutting. The room was decent i like the fact they had a somewhat kitchen like vibe. An extra sink located in the room a microwave mini refrigerator with a very mini freezer area, a coffee machine. I like that it had a sofa ottoman and a long mirror. I dont like that the bathroom didnt have a counter or table to hold any of my hair tools, and accessories, or make-up so i can do my hair comfortably in the bathroom. I had to use this bathroom chair thing inside the shower thats built in place a towel over it and use it like a table. Overall i would give it a second chance again maybe in a room thats distance away from the front, before determining if i would book a room there again or not. I would rate this hotel fair.”

“Great stay! Kind of out in the "boonies" but worth the drive. Rooms are very nice with cool rock n roll decor, great bathrooms. Great live music venue just off the casino, Hard Rock Live, saw Great White & Slaughter, so awesome! 🤘🏼🤘🏼”

“Love this hotel. I’m a local who has stayed here a few times with my husband when we get a last minute night away from the kids when grandma has come up to visit. During the winter we ran out of propane and found out we couldn’t get a refill for 5 more days. No hot water and no heater when it was very cold and Brownsville motel came to the rescue they gave us an outstanding price to help us out until we had propane again. They are so accommodating and so nice! Only things I’d say would be cool if they could add are a swimming pool/hot tub especially in door for winter, and breakfast because hotel breakfast is always the best :) there is a cute little restaurant next door that has alright food but they are only open for a few hours on weekends and closed during the week. Not too far away is a little coffee shop, sometimes a farmers market, fox's smoke shop, gold eagle market which has a deli inside, and a dollar general. There is also a park down the road with a nice hiking trail and further up the hill in clipper mills is a restaurant/store hybrid called Bigfoot eats that has the best food I’ve ever had. Down the hill a bit in Oregon house and dobbins is 3 lakes and a ton of river access. I feel lucky to live in the area and would choose to stay at Brownsville motel over any overpriced hotel in town any day!”

“When I got there, I checked in to get the room key. It was paid before I had arrived however he still wanted info when he already had everything. He was rude, not friendly, gives dirty looks. In the room well….. The bathtub was dirty, sink was plugged, the sheets had blood on it, shower rod was broken, no rod to hang clothes, phone, didn’t work and wasn’t cleaned properly. Never will I again. ”
