“Very great place to stat”

“The Holiday Inn Waukegan exceeded our expectations. Walmart, Marshalls, Aldi and several other restaurants were accessible by walking. Our room was the same as pictured in agoda with a microwave and a larger ref. Bathroom was well stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. There was daily cleaning. Breakfast was also tasty and filling. The staff especially Ms Ann, Tanya and Alberto were always ready to answer our questions. Ms Ann in particular provided excellent customer service. She was exceptional in helping us when we wanted to rent a car, when we decided to just get Uber and with so many other little things like recommendations for places to visit, Amazon deliveries and luggage storage. Thank you so much for taking care of us. We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Waukegan. ”

“We where there for grandson navy graduation. Great location, very nice facilty. Don't think about couch as third bed. It is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. Because aware it is an extended stay. So you don't have daily maid service and you change your towels at desk if when needed. But they supply alit up front. It location is nice and walmart and a Huge mail are close with and arcade/ bowling for the kids.”
