“Stayed here for work. Was working night shift so slept during the day and worked during the night which always creates challenges at hotels. I was woken up multiple times for different reasons while I was there by multiple people for multiple reasons for things that could not be done during the night while I was gone. Not much that can be done about that I don’t think. ”

“I travel for a living and I was hesitant to stay at HIE. Sometimes hotel photos aren’t accurate. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of check-in, cleanliness, and specious room. The bathrooms are spacious too so no need to squeeze between the door and counter. The bed we’re comfortable and the linens are decent quality too. I enjoyed the breakfast offering and decent ala carte snacks. The hotel is situated off the main road, so no traffic noise. I can’t speak to the other amenities as I did not utilize them. I would stay in this again and I do recommend it. ”

“While the room was clean, there were cigarette burn holes in the bedspread and sheet. The noise from other guests nearby, from their barking dogs, and from loud music blaring from the parking lot at 2 a.m. made it impossible to sleep. One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had!”

“Deepak owner/manager was very rude and spoke to me like I didn’t understand English. Told me that my wife and I had to separate our two kids for the entire stay 4 times after I expressed that I understood her the first time. Then she refused to let me use the restroom 2 minutes after checkout. Nasty lady! I never submit bad reviews but I felt it necessary here.”

“Drug addicts mostly. Drivers hit cars often. Doors can be pushed open if not locked. Locks also most times won't latch entirely. Most lights won't work in the rooms. Cigarette burns on my sheets. Felt watched almost constantly too. Even when I kept paying for my room the person at the front desk would knock on my door and wake me up. Only the person at the office was kind, attentive and understanding. ”
