“CONS=No fridge no microwave no ice machine no a/c bed was sinking in the middle hot as hell.. Add says all rooms have fridge and microwave . Says sound proof and it was so noisy lots of police activity. PrOS= pet friendly ,cheap, deposit not to high, rooms nicer then they used to be, Cable, HOT water . Friendly staff.”

“This place is very bad. Checked in and they gave me a smoking room even though I booked a non smoking room. That’s only the beginning. I have to pay an extra 40 dollars to upgrade to a suite that was non smoking. After dinning and a movie came back to the room and found bed bugs crawling all over the bed. It was scary. Got out of there and went to the office to report and it was dark and they were closed. I had to find another hotel at 11:30 pm. It was not easy but found one. Went back the next day to try and get a refund and they said they could do because I didn’t report to security that evening. Well they basically didn’t believe me. I am complaining to Agoda now about this booking and my refund. My advice to you is never book this hotel. The employees are terrible and the rooms are dirty and it seems very unsafe at this hotel. ”

“Nice hotel. Near the expressway and convenient to get to. Room was clean and neat Bed nice Toilets good Shower good Internet was good Parking was near the room Not a lot of noise around the hotel or from other guests Big fridge Shocked to see a microwave but was nice to have it. Conclusion: If you need a room in Victorville then this hotel should work well for you. ”
