“I only gave it four stars for Staff because, at check-in, The woman at the counter tried to charge me an extra $15 resort fee, even though this fee had already been included when I booked the room.”

“The rooms are consistently clean, orderly and well maintained. My only slight criticism is that I requested a room with a view- but when in bed, you can only see a wall. That was a bummer. If you’re like me and like to watch the sunrise over the water while laying in bed, steer clear from room 120 .”

“We were placed in room 310, which is directly behind the elevator and ice machine. Our sleep was disrupted due to the thunking and dinging all night and early morning. It impacted our short trip as we were tired and couldn’t fully enjoy ourselves. We can’t be the first and won’t be the last to complain about that room. Otherwise it’s a great hotel with awesome amenities. Outdoor pool is fun in the winter. ”
