“The good thing about this hotel is that it is beautiful and the breakfast is delicious. The location is the best, very convenient with everything very close, Amalie Arena is a 3-minute walk away and in front is the Teco system with stops every 15 minutes that takes you to Ybor City for free. The bad thing was. When checking in they confused my reservation with someone else's, the room they gave me was very dirty, sheets with stains and food spills all over the floor and furniture, the toilet was dirty with hair and the bathroom floor with stains like juice, when I asked if they could clean my room while I was going to be out, they preferred to change my room and I accepted but the second room they gave me had no view, it was right against a huge wall and I paid for a city view room so I told them about it and they changed my room again for the third time, 19th floor, this was clean and with an impressive view, but here the worst thing was that the air conditioning did not work, I had already looked Many reviews mentioned this but I didn't think it would happen to me, I told the person in the lobby but he just said he was sorry.”
