“Me and my wife celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary at this facility. Upon arrival, our anniversary accommodations weren't prepared, but the staff quickly resolved the issue. Through inspection of the room, a previous guest's gym shorts were left in a drawer. The bed linen had a mysterious stain on it. Both incidents were resolved. Breakfast featured options which are common staples, but the price is a bit much ($50 for us both/day). The staff I'd friendly and welcoming. The location perfectly fit with our agenda! Overall, it was a good stay, despite those issues.”

“The afternoon reception was great and this hotel probably had the best complimentary breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. The only complaint was no hot tub and having to valet for $47. BUT, I would've paid more than that for the (3) of us to have breakfast somewhere, so it evened out. ”

“It was very clean but they don't disclose the extra cost for valet parking when you check in or after the fact. Was stuck in elevator for 20 minutes and tried calling for help 5 times was hung up on every time. Finally was able to pry doors open myself to get out.”

“Felt forgotten by front desk staff - arrived at 10AM from early flight into STL and was not assigned a room until 6PM, 2 hours after posted check-in time. No apologies or courtesy vouchers, not even offered a bottle of water that many in line received before us. Manager texted to ask how our stay was and when I texted her back with our issues and that it was about a 3/5 stars, she never responded. Rooms are tiny and run down. Bathroom has no air flow. Our ac unit cut on/off loudly every 3-5 min, so not a great feature for light sleepers. Location is great, but not our typical Hilton experience. ”

“We had an amazing weekend!! The location was great, there is plants to do at Union Station itself and it pretty closed to much more in downtown St Louis. Our room was fine but they could be better cleaning, there were left behind prescription pills near the night stand, we had to move the bed a bit to get something that fell back and it was pretty gross back there. On surface level it was clean, the bathroom was clean and the sheets looked good. ”
