“Stayed in the Best Western for 4 nights with friends (2 x rooms on different floors) both rooms were well presented with comfortable beds and pillows. Rooms were clean and tidy with coffee machine in room. Facilities were great with tea and coffee in the lobby, and helpful staff. Only cons were the shower water pressure and the lack of hot water. Some nights water was tepid others it didn’t get hot at all. This was for both rooms. Staff were unable to resolve during our stay however they were making an effort to resolve. We would also recommend avoiding the restaurant for breakfast - staff there were borderline rude and unhelpful we felt as though we were inconveniencing her by just being there. The food was barely edible - give that one a miss.”

“The accommodation was very clean and convenient, with an excellent location that made it easy to visit popular spots like Little Italy and the Gaslamp Quarter. The parking fee is quite expensive at $60 per night, but you can park for free at the USS Midway Museum during the night as an alternative. The swimming pool is designed with varying depths, making it ideal for kids. Towels are provided, and you can use the pool until 11 PM with your room key. Unfortunately, during my visit, another child vomited in the pool, so I couldn’t use it afterward, which was disappointing. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the coffee was decent. One concern was the low railing in front of the room door, which seemed unsafe. Raising the height of the railing would make it much safer.”
