“This historical hotel sits right next to The Alamo and within an easy walking distance from San Antonio River Walk, making it a perfect base for sightseeing. Though facilities are a little old, this location would cover all. This hotel also has Colonial Room Restaurant, a very highly-rated restaurant, especially good for breakfast, lunch and brunch. I enjoyed staying at this hotel.”

“The hotel is in good location. There's a good amount of restaurants nearby and shop/supermarket. There is also a nearby gas station. The food selection for breakfast was good. Just the usual food you see with any hotels. They clean your room and replace everything often. My only complaint was we booked the much bigger room because we have a crib for the baby, tons of luggage/bags and a stroller but we were put in a smaller room. We just let it go since we were all tired, the baby was crying and we just want to take a rest because of the long drive. ”

“Clean and safe. Breakfast was good. Only negative thing that although the hotel was not fully booked they gave us room with a connecting door to another room. We were woken up by noisy drunk neighbors at 3am in the morning. ”
