“The breakfast was good. The shower had not been clean; there was hair all on the shower wall. The carpet has not been vaccum; there was a dead bug on the carpet. The toilet was low.”

“Everything was perfect, couldn't have been better! Stayed here the night just to make things easier to get to the airport in the morning, and was very surprised at the accommodations! I lived in the city for a long time and never realized what a wonderful gym this was! Not only will stay here in the future but will recommend it to any of our friends flying in from out of town. A big shout out to Marirla Escobedo, who was so helpful getting us some needed paperwork printed that we needed ASAP. She helped take the stress out of our trip! Pool was great for our adult kids & our grandson too. So happy indoor since weather here is so hot. The price, for San Antonio, in such a convenient location was unbeatable! Very good breakfast, hot, tasty & lots of choices.”

“The room was satisfactory, but the bed could have been cleaner, with some overlooked details. The bathroom, in particular, needs updating as it didn't appear the cleanest, with noticeable yellow spots in creases, lacking a fresh feeling overall.”

“Had a very nice stay. Only problem we had was our flight arrived at 8 am and had to sit in hotel lobby until 2 pm to get room. Hotel said the night before was sold out and needed time to clean rooms. I get it, I really do. But with a staff of 8 to 10 room cleaners, this first available room should not be 4 hours after their starting time, and if that's is the case it would be well over 24 hours to have a hotel that size ready for next day. Story does not add upp. If we could have changed the airlines arrival time we would have. Was Jerry worried about parking vandalism that was posted online but we left our car there a week and no one bothered it. Great blackout curtains and super soft bed”

“Perfect location of you want to explore any part of San Antonio. Room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is ok. If they used real eggs or would be Awesome. If your room is near an exit you'll unfortunately here it slam shot every time someone comes through it at all hours of the day and night. Staff was extremely polite and professional. Showers have difficulty maintaining water pressure the cooler the temperature is and will start sputtering if the water isn't turned hot enough. Overall I had a good stay. ”
