“Had a very nice stay. Only problem we had was our flight arrived at 8 am and had to sit in hotel lobby until 2 pm to get room. Hotel said the night before was sold out and needed time to clean rooms. I get it, I really do. But with a staff of 8 to 10 room cleaners, this first available room should not be 4 hours after their starting time, and if that's is the case it would be well over 24 hours to have a hotel that size ready for next day. Story does not add upp. If we could have changed the airlines arrival time we would have. Was Jerry worried about parking vandalism that was posted online but we left our car there a week and no one bothered it. Great blackout curtains and super soft bed”

“The front desk associate was extremely helpful and very nice when I got to my room my stomach hit the floor. It was disgusting. The facility was falling apart in the lights didn’t work. I was scared to sit on the bed due to the possibility of bugs or roaches, climbing all over me pictures do not match what the place looks like in person total disappointment and I will never recommend nor go say if that facility again beware solo travelers especially travelers with family. Children should not be allowed in this building. The staff was great shout out late night front desk, girl. ”
