“Normal hotel disguised as a boutique hotel. Everything was decent enough could be more clean and nothing special. Holiday inn for the price of four seasons”

“This B&B had a wonderful location, had an excellent inn owner, Esther, and the rooms had everything you need to enjoy privacy, comfort, great breakfast, snacks and drinks always available, and this place is spotlessly clean! We chose the Florence room. It had a super comfortable bed, nice big closet, desk, bedside tables equipped with lights and chargers. The shower was fantastic. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The innkeeper is doing a fantastic job!”

“Great location for our visit. We stayed at the Radisson to attend a convention at the Salt Palace, which was right next door. The hotel and room were nice and clean. The hotel restaurant had a tasty menu and we enjoyed every meal there. Salt Lake was experiencing a heat wave and the AC had trouble cooling the room during the hottest part of the day. Despite the thermostat setting, it was a bit warmer than what we preferred but other than the first night, we weren't in the room much until later so we didn't notice it much.”

“The hotel was much bigger than I expected that almost got me lost from looking for my room lol Location was great and the hotel was amazing, we had an issue with AC in our room that had to call a maintenance and the guy who fixed our AC was amazing. Overall everything was nice but I didn’t have a great experience when checking in unfortunately. I asked for early check in and was told they will call me when ready which I totally understood and was waiting in the lobby patiently and later, My partner went to ask again since it’s been about one and half hour and we were told that it was ready which we still had no problem. The problem I had was I didn’t get any explanation during checking in. I was asked for my ID card and credit card which I asked the staff to confirm if it’s for a verification and also was asked again to pay $100 without any explanation which I also had to ask if it’s for a deposit purpose since I already paid for my stay. During the interaction, I didn’t feel welcomed nor well informed about my stay. Otherwise my stay was great and I’d recommend the hotel for friends and family. ”
