“Good location but average stay The hotel's location was great for walking and shopping. Parking was easy to find. The cleanliness of the property was commendable. However, the Wi-Fi was poor and the pool was not up to par. The staff was friendly but not exceptional. The facilities were average. Overall, it was a decent stay, but not worth the price.”

“Great hotel! General manager was working front desk and was very kind. A little disappointed I had to pay for parking (I hadn't confirmed prior, so not their fault). Our heat hadn't been working and they had a friendly maintenance person fix it right away.”

“Great hotel. Minor issues. In room coffee service could be upgraded - need additional coffee pods, creamer and sugar. No wall-mounted towel racks? Where do I hang my towels? It's these little overlooked attention to detail issues that drive me nuts when paying this much for a hotel room. I plan on staying here again trips in January and February, therefore it would be great to see this little modifications made so this hotel is truly the FIVE STAR facility it advertises itself to be.”
