“I'd travel here for weeks. & then, 1 night, all of a sudden, I can't stay there reason being, they don't rent to locals. 1st & for most I had traveled an hour away & had stayed there prior. It was a Thursday i had last stayed there on Tuesday. After talking with the property's general manager she said "after staying there for more then 2 weeks I was considered a local". So am I a local or not? I dont understand. & also why is it that after staying there for weeks that i now would be considered a local? Long story short I don't get why several employees had approved for me to stay there before & then 1 didnt? & I am no longer approved to stay there agian.”

“I hate to do this review. It is a great hotel that I plan to use quite often. My fear is this and other reviews like it will cause it to be fully booked. It is clean with a great location in Pigeon Forge. The room is spacious with places for all your clothes and hygiene items. Linens are fine with Dove products provided. The tiolet paper is soft. The staff responded to our needs to use the breakfast room for our purposes later in the day. Breakfast is all you can ask for. Two pools; inside and out. Just simply a great place. ”

“Everything has 100% changed since our horrible stay in 2019 when Ray Ogle was manager. He wouldn't even speak with guests who had bad experiences. The new owner Jeannie is wonderful to work with, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. *The only thing I would change is the pool needs to be warmer. I wasn't sure on our last stay if the heater was broken or of staff was turning the heat off when they weren't supposed to. One of the on duty managers, she said it wasn't supposed to be off because it's required to stay at a certain temperature. She said she would discuss it with the owner. ”

“Room was large, I reserved handicap accessible, roll in shower with a chair but no grab bars around the toilet. Other than that, room was good. ”

“I booked a corner suite last minute and it did not disappoint. The room was very spacious for my group of 5. 1 1/2 bathrooms with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub. The balcony wrapped all the way around. The restaurant and bar were an added bonus for my group. Very close to all stores and restaurants I would definitely stay here again. ”
