“1st we are abit spoiled...with that said Our biggest issue was the lack of hot water when you wanted it. They have NO tvs in the rooms ...just in common areas. Alot of stairs..a very old school elevator..which i get it...keep the place old school..just not for us. Other than the issue named above ..the staff was A+ The room was very clean A+ The bed wasnt for sleepin to long C+ Food was very good A+ And they give you gift cards for drinks and snacks, breakfast, and brunch. A++”

“The staff was very friendly and efficient. They have a freight elevator to move luggage to 2nd floor which was slow but worked great. Sadly the pool was closed but it was because they were doing necessary work so understandable. Our room was very clean but needed updating with some carpet tearing up and some plug outlets loose. Again, we could see they are working on updating. The breakfast had a great offering of hot foods, cold cereals, some cold foods and beverages. I recommend this place.”
